Individuals

This is where the work happens.

Real change takes time, honesty, and the right partner. My coaching programs are built for women who are serious about moving forward — and ready to do what it takes to get there.

Every engagement is one-on-one, fully tailored to you and grounded in over thirty years of real-world experience across every room you’re trying to navigate.

“Ellen taught me something I still carry: grace under pressure. I met her over 20 years ago, and even then, she always knew exactly what to do and say in high-stakes moments. And I learned and modeled communication strategies we worked on together as I’ve built my career. Working with her is collaborative, rewarding, and genuinely enjoyable. Her own path has never been a straight line, but she has always found the lesson and the gift in every unexpected turn. That’s exactly why women navigating self-doubt, a hard transition, or a big goal are in great hands with her. Her empathy and compassion become the foundation for the real work — and for the dreams you go on to realize.”

Your coaching roadmap

Together we build a personalized plan — your goals, your timeline, your definition of success. This is your compass for the whole program.

04

Do the work

Weekly sessions, honest conversations, and real accountability. You’ll be challenged, supported, and seen — every step of the way.

What makes my coaching different

I’ve been there.

Fortune 100 boardrooms, Hollywood production sets, nonprofit leadership, small business ownership, pharma executive coaching. I’ve navigated every environment my clients are in, and I coach from lived experience, not just methodology.

Empathy without softness.

I will meet you exactly where you are, and I will also challenge you. Real coaching builds an honest, caring partnership that moves you forward even when it’s uncomfortable.

Everything is tailored to you.

No scripts, no one-size-fits-all frameworks. Every program is built around your specific goals, your industry, your life. You are not a template and your coaching shouldn’t be either.

Reinvention is the whole point.

I built my coaching practice on a simple belief: that change isn’t something that happens to you, it’s something you can learn to lead. Whatever you’re navigating, we’ll find the path through it.

FAQ

  • No — and that’s an important distinction. Coaching is forward-focused. We work on where you want to go and what’s in the way, not on processing the past. That said, I bring a social work background to everything I do, which means I understand the whole person, not just the professional one.

  • That’s exactly what the free sample session is for. We’ll talk through where you are, what you’re working toward, and what level of support makes sense. There’s no pressure, just an honest conversation.

  • Yes. My clients range from women early in their leadership journey to senior executives, from first-time entrepreneurs to women making a complete career change. What they share is a readiness to do real work. That’s the only prerequisite.

  • All sessions are conducted virtually via video call, which means I work with women across the country. Sessions are scheduled at times that work for your life, including early morning and evening availability. I am based in Fairfield County, CT, and available for select in-person engagements in the CT/NY area.

  • Investment levels are shared during your free consultation, as programs are tailored to each client. If you have questions about fit or investment, just ask. The conversation is always free.

  • Yes. Many clients have their programs covered through their company’s professional development or L&D budget. I work directly with HR and L&D teams as a vendor. All sessions remain completely confidential. Ask me how to approach this conversation with your employer.

  • Yes. The Stage is my speaker coaching offering, available as 1:1 sessions or a full-day workshop for corporate leadership teams. See the Speaker Coaching page for details or book a free 30-minute Speaker Coaching consultation to talk through what you need.
